I am the first-ever Chief AI Transformation Officer for Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS). In my role, I lead our world-class teams to leverage Microsoft’s AI portfolio to drive internal transformation and work directly with customers to accelerate theirs. We are seizing a once-in-a-generation transformational moment by identifying key pain points and previously unthinkable opportunities that can be reached with AI solutions, and then sharing those best practices directly with our customers and partners. This approach helps them accelerate their AI transformation with the credibility and trust built from our experience as Customer Zero.
Prior to joining Microsoft I was the CEO of Avanade, the leading digital innovator on the Microsoft ecosystem. I was proud to lead Avanade’s global team of 60,000+ employees who center their work around our purpose, which is to make a genuine human impact for our clients, their employees and customers, and our communities.
I’m passionate about building a people-first culture while driving sustainable, responsible growth centered around our clients’ success. Throughout my career in the technology industry, I am proudest of my work helping our clients rethink how they do business, whether it’s to be more resilient in their operations; empower their employees to do more remotely; strengthen the customer experience and beyond. I am passionate about using technology as not just an enabler of business, but to support the missions of non-profit organizations and closing the digital divide, especially for young people, so that everyone has an opportunity to participate in the digital world.
I’ve been honoured as one of British Vogue’s 25 Most Influential Women in the UK, a member of the Powerlist Top 10, the BBBAs 2024 Black British Business Person of the Year, the 2023 Stevie Awards Female Executive of the Year, and more. I’m proud to sit on the boards of the Royal Horticultural Society and Junior Achievement Worldwide. When I’m not working, I enjoy time with family and friends in my native London.
