Kristina is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Berlin, where she advises public and private sector organizations on strategy, organizational transformation, and the responsible adoption of digital and AI technologies. Her work focuses on helping governments, international organizations, and NGOs navigate complex change and strengthen institutions in an increasingly digital world. In addition, she helps shape the firm’s Noble Intelligence (AI for social good) work, exploring how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to address societal challenges and create public value.
Driven by a longstanding commitment to social impact, Kristina previously worked at the World Bank, helping communities becomemore resilient through climate-smart infrastructure and disaster risk management initiatives across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She is particularly interested in the intersection of emerging technologies and societal impact, with a focus on advancing inclusion, resilience, and sustainability. Kristina holds an MA in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
