Lilly leads strategic capital at OSE and is a Partner at Oxford Seed Fund. She started her venture career at Mosaic Ventures in London before joining OSE as a founding Principal. Her investments include companies such as Oxford Nanopore (£1.1B), Quantum Motion ($160m Series C, DCVC) and Comind ($60m Series A, Plural). She holds a BA in PPE from the University of Oxford, supported by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
