Gabriel Vasquez is an investment partner at Andreessen Horowitz where he focuses on AI application investments in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.
Prior to joining a16z, Gabriel was part of the pricing strategy team at Oscar Health, where he was responsible for pricing Oscar’s products across the United States. He also led negotiations for Oscar’s ancillary insurance offerings when partnering with other healthcare insurance companies. Before Oscar Health, Gabriel was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in the technology group, where he earned the launching leaders scholarship.
Gabriel graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Computer Science.
