Chandler’s DPhil research is focused on modelling complex information systems using AI, alternative data, OSINT, graph theory, hypergraphs, topology, and applied mathematics. His work aims to understand how information dynamics influence financial, political, and corporate outcomes. Chandler brings 15 years of executive experience in AI and data science, leading transformative initiatives at global organizations, including the EU, Walmart, Wells Fargo, and HSBC. Chandler is currently the founder of bridge_ci, which helps corporate strategy, public affairs, investors, and governments leverage machine intelligence, alternative data, and OSINT.
