Charlie Harry Smith is a political philosopher at the Oxford Internet Institute. His research considers the normative issues that emerge at the intersection of digital identities and digital government, with a particular focus on the UK’s contemporary systems. He holds an MSc in Political Theory from the LSE and a BA in Philosophy from Durham University, which included a year studying abroad at the University of Hong Kong.
